New coffee house inspired by it's location in Venice CA, it's beachside identity, culture, and groundbreaking postmodern architecture of 70s & 80s. Working with Denise Scott Brown of the legendary Venturi Scott Brown Architects, we created a wallpaper from her 'Grandmother' pattern and procured her own photographs on the neighborhood from the 60s to hang on the walls. The result is a pulled apart beach cottage with a caffeine loaded charge and a postmodern pedigree.
